DEHO currently delivers to mainland France.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 days.
Shipping then takes approximately 8 to 20 days depending on the product.
Therefore, please allow 9 to 23 days between order and delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs €4.90.
It is free for purchases of €59 or more.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you by email after shipment.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. Some items may be shipped separately.
You may therefore receive multiple packages on different dates without additional shipping costs.
How do I choose the right size?
Consult our Size Guide and measure your dog before ordering.
For clothing, the most important measurements are generally chest circumference, back length, and neck circumference.
If you hesitate between two sizes, contact us before placing your order.
Can I return a product?
Yes. For a distance purchase, you generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact us before any return so that we can inform you of the procedure to follow.
Are return costs free?
Except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, or an error on our part, direct return costs remain at your expense, in accordance with the conditions communicated before purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet begun to be prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.
Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee that a modification will still be possible.
