Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Before returning any item, please contact us so we can inform you of the procedure to follow.

The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, with its accessories if applicable.

Unless the product is defective, non-compliant, or due to an error on our part, the direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do not return a product directly to the address on the package without contacting us first.

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable conditions, via the payment method used during the order.
